Francis Tuffour,                                              President and Founder, Ghana.

Pastor Tuffour is a counselor and Founder of HCF. Tuffour believes that all children belong to God and they should be given opportunity to succeed. He lives in Ghana where poverty has denied most children access to a quality education, nutritious meals, comfortable and loving homes. Because of financial challenges in their families, some children have gone into child labor, child prostitution and streets to help themselves. To address these challenges facing the children he decided to become child’s welfare advocate by founding this charity with the support of seasoned and international colleagues who have love and passion for children ministry. He agrees that: “Any religion that professes to be concerned about the souls of people and is not concerned about the slums that damn them, the economic conditions that strangle them and the social conditions that cripple them is a spiritually moribund religion awaiting burial." --Martin Luther King Jr.
